Junior Recruiter with Hebrew
(Candidate Search Specialist/Candidate Selection Specialist)

Accountabilities:
– Searching for candidates using innovative tools and methods such as social media, networking and searching job boards; Develop own network of candidates and seek to grow such network with relevant candidates for sector supported
– Reviewing applications
– Interviewing candidates on the phone to determine their suitability for the role
– Manage job board advertising or client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness
– Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates
– Engage with senior recruiters or managers to discuss candidates profiles; Ensure regular communication with the recruitment team to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activity
– Update the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects recruitment process
– Develop an awareness of the client’s business and the recruitment needs
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills and good phone manner
– You should be fluent in Hebrew and very good in English
